If you are moving into the area, want to start learning a brass instrument or are returning to playing then Verwood Concert Brass may be the organisation for you!

We can cater for all abilities and interests. Our Acorns Group takes players of all ages who have never played an instrument before. Our Community Band takes those with reasonable experience. Players advance rapidly under the baton of the Musical Director and are promoted to the Town Band and then Principal Band. Our Town Band caters for players who enjoy the challenge of contesting in the 3rd Section, with ambition to progress further, as well as those that enjoy playing at community events. Our Principal Band performs in the Championship Section of the West of England and attracts players who have an ambition to play at this top level as well as supporting local concerts and events.
