Welcome to the home of Verwood Concert Brass
Verwood Concert Brass is a Dorset Band based in Verwood which is very easily accessible, being 25 miles from Southampton and 12 miles from Bournemouth.
Verwood is proud to boast four thriving bands, Verwood Concert Brass, Verwood Town Band, Verwood Community Band & Acorns. All four bands are run by one committee and players will play as guests in any band if required to do so.

Are You Looking For a Band?
Now available a 10-12 piece ENSEMBLE for smaller functions. You can hire any of the Bands for your events but if you just want a small group we can offer this as well.

Verwood Concert Brass
Verwood Concert Brass Principal Band is the official Band of Verwood Concert Brass.
Verwood Concert Brass is a Championship Section Band and rehearses 8pm-10pm on Both Monday and Thursday at the Verwood Band Hall.

Verwood Town Band
Verwood Town Band was formed in June 2009 and is the secondary Band of Verwood Concert Brass.
Verwood Town Band is a Second Section Band and rehearses 7.30pm-9.30pm on Tuesday at the Verwood Band Hall.

Community Band
Verwood Community Band was previously known as the Training Band and is for players with reasonable experience.
Verwood Community Band is not Registered in a section as it mostly performs in concerts only. They rehearse at 6.15pm to 7.45pm on Monday.
