We will party like it’s 1999

All the bands of Verwood Concert Brass have had massive fun and great experiences from making ‘distance banding’ videos during Covid Lockdown – they are all here on Facebook.

But we decided we would do just one more and so it had to be BIG and it had to be special.

When the day comes when we can all meet in person and make music together, which we hope will not be too much longer, then, as per the iconic Prince song, we will party like it’s 1999.

So here is our BIG and special final ‘distance banding’ video featuring **** SEVENTY **** of our players from all of our bands and what’s more highlighting so many family connections from within our one big banding family.

A massive thank you to Mike Dunnings for putting the video together and congratulations to all of the players, and who can miss the conductor, who took part – it’s fantastic.

We hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed making it and please do like and share it to spread that joy.

We just have to get ready to party!
